DESCRIPTION:Join Charm City Run and Asics for The ASICS Blue Jean Mile to support the National Alliance on Mental Illness. This run is dedicated to mental health awareness and the idea of sound mind\, sound body.  \nWear your blue jeans and we’ll warm up and run to the Carver track and then complete our mile. Use this as a mile time trial so see if you can PR in jeans or have fun and run/walk at whatever pace you’d like!  \nAfterwards we will come back to the store where we will have a variety of nutrition samples for you to try. This is a great chance to taste nutrition you’ve been curious about as well as hear from the brand reps and ask any questions you may have about their products!
